We provide you with a 14-day satisfaction guarantee.  Not happy with a product, just send it back.  Genuine parts are backed by a 12-month warranty.  Please see our terms and conditions for items that are excluded.

Our staff is competent, friendly and customer service oriented.  On average, each member has 3-5 years of experience and parts knowledge with FVD products.  We also have access to several databases to adequately back any project.  Converse with us in German, English or French.
