Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully. By accessing our website, placing an order through our online shop, or placing an order via our sales staff, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Online Shop Listings:
All products displayed in our online shop are presented with accurate and current information to the best of our knowledge at the time they are posted. However, product descriptions, specifications, availability, and pricing may be changed at any time without prior notice at the sole discretion of FVD Brombacher.
Online listings and related content are provided for general informational purposes only and do not constitute a binding representation or warranty. Customers are encouraged to contact FVD Brombacher directly for confirmation of any pertinent details prior to purchase. Detailed product specifications can also be obtained from the manufacturer upon request.
Special Orders:
Special order items may be subject to minimum order quantities and/or special handling charges. Such items are sold on a non-cancelable, non-exchangeable, non-returnable, and non-refundable basis. Prices for special order items are subject to change at the sole discretion of FVD Brombacher without prior notice.
Custom Orders:
Custom order items may incur additional charges specific to each individual order, including special handling fees. Custom orders are sold on a non-cancelable, non-exchangeable, non-returnable, and non-refundable basis.
Accepted Methods of Payment:
We accept payments via PayPal and Bank Wire Transfer. Full payment must be received in advance before any order is processed.
Please note that payments made via PayPal or bank wire transfer may involve intermediary or correspondent banks. Any transaction fees imposed by these third parties are beyond our control and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Furthermore, any fees charged by the payment service provider (e.g., PayPal) as a result of a chargeback or a customer-initiated refund must also be borne by the customer.
PayPal:
Payments made through PayPal are typically processed immediately. Order processing will begin only after payment confirmation is received.
Bank Wire Transfer:
Banking details will be provided upon selection of this payment method online or as part of a formal offer.
Please allow 3–5 business days for payment clearance once the transfer has been initiated. Orders will not be processed until funds have been fully received and cleared.
Handling:
FVD Brombacher handling charges, as well as applicable carrier handling fees, may apply based on dimensional weight, package size, order value, and the classification of the product (e.g., restricted articles).
Sales Tax:
All applicable state, local, or use taxes will be calculated in advance or added at checkout, based on the shipping destination. Customers claiming tax-exempt status must provide a valid Sales Tax Exemption Certificate or Resale Certificate prior to purchase. Orders cannot be processed without appropriate documentation.
Returns and Exchanges:
All returns must be accompanied by a valid Return Authorization Number (RA) and must meet the conditions outlined below. Returns and exchanges are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Returns will not be accepted without the RA number clearly marked on the exterior of the package.
Returned merchandise must be shipped freight prepaid—C.O.D. returns will not be accepted.
All returned items must be in original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition.
Items must be returned within 30 days of the original invoice date to the address specified.
Returns due to customer error will also be subject to the standard restocking fee.
The inspection of old parts may take several weeks.
If the old part cannot be refurbished, the deposit / core charge will not be refunded and will subsequently be added to the purchase price.
The cost of returning old parts is borne by the buyer.
Non-Returnable Items (No Exceptions):

Parts sold at special pricing or on clearance
Used or discontinued parts
Electrical components
Damaged items that have been installed, modified, or altered in any way
Large or special freight shipments dispatched directly from Germany
To initiate a return, please contact FVD Brombacher to obtain a Return Authorization Number. This RA number must be clearly indicated on the package to ensure proper processing and crediting to your account—subject to the conditions listed above.
Shipment Damage:
All shipments must be unpacked and inspected immediately upon receipt. If concealed damage is discovered after unpacking, you must notify the carrier within 24 hours and request an inspection.
Any visible loss or damage must be noted on the freight bill or carrier’s receipt at the time of delivery and countersigned by the carrier’s representative. Failure to do so may result in the carrier refusing to honor the claim.
For your protection, all shipments include transit insurance covering damage or loss.
Shipping & Handling / Delivery:
All U.S. domestic shipments are made F.O.B. Shipping Point. Title and risk of loss transfer to the customer upon delivery of the goods to the carrier.
Any delivery dates provided are estimates only and do not constitute guaranteed delivery timelines. FVD Brombacher shall not be liable for any delays in delivery.
Force Majeure:
FVD Brombacher shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, extreme weather, labor disputes, governmental restrictions, war, insurrection, shortages, manufacturer issues, inability to obtain permits, insolvency, transportation delays, or any other condition that renders performance commercially impracticable.
Warranty and Disclaimer:
There are no express warranties beyond those described herein. FVD Brombacher disclaims all implied warranties, including but not limited to merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Since we cannot control how products are used after delivery, FVD Brombacher is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Where FVD Brombacher acts solely as a distributor, warranty claims are limited to those provided by the original manufacturer. Such manufacturer warranties will be passed through to the customer, where applicable.
No warranty shall apply to products that are altered, modified, or improperly used after delivery.
Responsibilities:
FVD Brombacher is not responsible for legal or regulatory issues arising from the modification of street-legal vehicles, racing vehicles, or any other motor vehicles. All parts sold are intended exclusively for racing use, and may not be legal for use on public roads.
These Terms and Conditions apply to both domestic and international customers. All legal disputes shall be governed by the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG), under the jurisdiction of German courts and laws.
