You can have your vehicle serviced by us with peace of mind. "Without loss of warranty claims".
During the warranty period, the manufacturer guarantees that its product is free of defects (statutory warranty period of 2 years). In order to be able to guarantee freedom from defects over a long period of time and to keep warranty claims to a minimum, car manufacturers require vehicles to be serviced regularly. In the past, all warranty conditions stipulated that all repair and maintenance work had to be carried out in an authorized workshop in order not to lose the warranty claim.
This regulation was prohibited for manufacturers and importers throughout the EU by the new Block Exemption Regulation (BER), which regulates the sale of cars! (see http://eur-lex.europa.eu/LexUriServ/LexUriServ.do?uri=CELEX:32002R1400:DE:HTML)
This means that independent garages can now also compete with authorized garages.
The inspections carried out in an independent workshop must comply with the manufacturer's maintenance specifications printed in the service booklet.
