If your engine mounts are failing, you will experience increased engine noise and vibration. Much of the vibration can be felt at idle with the transmission engaged. Failing mounts may show signs of leaking fluid or the rubber surrounds will appear cracked. Once you have determined that the mount has failed, examine the surrounding hardware as they are very susceptible to corrosion. We recommend replacing both mounts and hardware.
