The FVD conversion kit includes:
Mahle 4.1 Liter pistons & cylinders
FVD ECU Software (Handheld flash programmer)
BMC Sport Air Filter
Complete engine gasket set
All necessary FVD designed hardware. (Includes spark plugs, bolts, nuts, etc.)
Further additional parts/work required:
Connecting rods for the OE crankshaft (22mm pin) FVD10397520
Modification of the original water housing - 2 Qty. (Right and Left) FVD 103 039 05WKAO
Modification of the Capricorn water housing - 2 Qty. (Right and Left) FVD 103 039 05WKAC
Modification of the customer's original crankcase - 1 Qty. FVD10303905MGOE
We recommend the use of an M Exhaust System BES99701260S1HD with 200 sport catalytic.
The labor for the engine conversion is approximately 65 hours.
Please note: This kit requires the OE (stock) crankshaft. If you plan to use something else please contact us for further details.
