Is your rear deck lid starting to close by itself on cooler mornings? That is a tell-tale sign that the deck lid shocks are beginning to fail.

We recommend replacing each with this OEM heavy duty shock which is 20% stronger than the original shock. That means you will have to replace them less frequently, saving both time and money.

Sold Individually. 2 Necessary Per Car.

Please note: We recommend purchasing at least 4 clips, part # 13704 for the installation. A spare or two may be beneficial as they are easy to lose. For the early cars we sell an installation kit, part # 52718. Also, now is the perfect time to check and replace the deck lid rubber bump stop, part # 13358 if necessary. Since this shock is stronger, we do not recommend it for lightweight deck lids.
