Product description

Während der (De-)Montage des PDK-Getriebes besteht die Gefahr, dass das Schwungrad durch das Abkippen des Getriebes beschädigt wird, wodurch die Membran plastisch verformt werden kann.
Dieses Problem wurde mit dem Hause ZF besprochen und die Lösung für das Problem ist dieses Montagebolzen-Set, bestehend aus zwei Bolzen M12x1,5.
Die Bolzen ersetzen während der Demontage zunächst an zwei diagonalen Punkten (Fahrtrichtung links unten – ca. 7Uhr - und rechts oben – ca. 2 Uhr) die ersten beiden Verbindungsschrauben vom Motorgehäuse zum Getriebegehäuse. Dadurch wird eine sichere Führung beim Abflanschen des Getriebes gewährleistet, die ein Abkippen verhindert, solange die Antriebswelle mit dem Schwungrad in Kontakt ist. Bei der Montage ist in umgekehrter Reihenfolge zu verfahren (zuerst die Führungsbolzen einsetzen).
Die Bolzen werden in Deutschland gefertigt und sind aus einem hochfesten Chromstahl bzw. Werkzeugstahl.
