It provides a stable and reliable mounting point for dial gauges, enabling accurate valve measurement during engine assembly and cam timing adjustments.

Usage
This precision-engineered bracket is commonly used to securely mount a dial gauge to the cylinder head, enabling precise measurement of valve lift during camshaft timing and valve clearance adjustments. Made from durable, lightweight aluminum in Germany, it is compatible with most dial gauge holders, though it is ideally paired with the Käfer dial gauge, reference 2081. A 50 mm extension pin is included for flexible measurement setups and improved access to cylinder head surfaces.
