This air guide connects to the air flow meter and the throttle body. It is made of plastic which can become brittle with age and heat. If you are replacing the air flow meter or the throttle body that would be the ideal time to replace it.
We recommend replacing the hose clamps, part # 99951235002 at the same time. 2 Qty. are needed.
