The Master Cylinder is a critical component of your braking system. If it begins to fail you will experience a softer, spongier pedal feel. You can also experience a pedal that slowly sinks towards the floor when it is depressed. If you check your brake fluid and notice it is dark brown or black, odds are the cylinder seals have deteriorated and the fluid has been contaminated.

This master cylinder includes a new rubber O-ring, part # 251 611 243 and 2 new sealing grommets, part # 911 355 922 00. If you require the 2 pole/prong, then please purchase 2 Qty. part # 113945515H separately. 3 pole/prong under part #113945515G.
To prevent leaking with the new installation, we also recommend replacing the brake hose fittings, part # 91135532300 and 91135532200 along with the hose, part # 99918102150.
