Product description

IPD Plenum's patented, cast aluminum Turbo plenum increases horsepower and torque by optimizing airflow into the intake manifold.

The factory “T” style intake creates airflow turbulence, which deprives the motor of air, robbing performance. The IPD “Y” style plenum smoothly channels the airflow towards the left and right cylinder banks. The engine receives a larger mass of air at a higher velocity, which equates to increases in Hp and torque across the entire rev range. The result is improved acceleration and increased boost response on turbo vehicles.

IPD products are a simple and cost-effective way to increase power and we recommend them in conjunction with our software and exhaust upgrades.

Please Note: We require the model year when ordering! The castings are the same but the hardware is different for the 991.1 or 991.2 Turbo. This IPD product works in conjunction with the original Porsche throttle body so an FVD Software update is not necessary. FVD Software will adapt and create added performance for this modification.
