Precision Engineering
Development began with advanced 1D simulations to analyze intake pulse peaks and pipe geometry against factory engine parameters. From there, 2D CFD modeling identified and corrected areas where adverse pressure gradients could cause flow separation, refining the internal surfaces for smoother, more efficient airflow.

From Concept to Perfection
After perfecting the 2D modeling, full 3D simulations brought every detail together, resulting in a true plug-and-play bolt-on upgrade. Following hundreds of CFD and geometric iterations, the final design not only improved total mass flow compared to the stock plenum but also delivered more uniform charge pressure and velocity across both intake runners.
