This is our Jekyll and Hyde muffler offering specially developed for the Panamera Turbo or Turbo S. This muffler complements Porsche's racing heritage by offering an exotic motorsport exhaust note with the valves open. It is the perfect compromise for you and your loved ones. This Brombacher Edition Sport Muffler set varies greatly from designs that are common in the aftermarket. This muffler is uniquely made from German V2A - X5CrNi18-10 - 1.4301 (T-304 L) lightweight grade stainless steel and includes double perforated sound absorption tubes based on the Halbgegenstromprinzip (half counter current principle). The acoustic silencer absorption tubes are made in a trapezoidal pattern and are perforated with varying diameters. This design isolates and dampens the unwanted frequencies that create drone. But we also took it a step further and stamped a rib band on the outer shell to cancel the unwanted frequencies even further. This design reduces more back pressure than the factory mufflers at higher gas velocities. So, you will experience larger performance gains throughout the entire rev range with better throttle response, especially when paired with software, intake and further exhaust modifications.

The resulting sound exhibited is a sonorous factory motorsport sound, with gurgling and crackling off high throttle. Please note:Primary or Secondary Mufflers on the Panamera Turbo or Turbo S only change the tonal quality of the exhaust; they do not change the decibels or volume. If you are also looking for increased volume, we recommend that you also purchase our catalytic bypass, part # 39146 or sport cat, part # 35527 option. The video in the multimedia tab is shown with this muffler along with our 200 cell cats, this muffler will have the same tonal quality and the added volume stems from the cats. Some Models come with tips that are welded on. Please check your oem exhaust before ordering. If your tips are welded on please order our tips, part # 35532 which are sold separately.
