This sensor reports that the fan belt is functioning properly to the DME, so it should be inspected periodically and replaced if necessary. As this roller ages, it can begin to squeak and squeal, many point to the belt as the cause, but it can also be the bearing in the sensors roller.PLEASE NOTE: Specific model fitment information available below.
