Engineered specifically for the air-cooled Porsche 964.

The FVD Brombacher Titanium Exhaust System combines uncompromising lightweight construction with optimized exhaust flow and a precisely tuned exhaust note. Made in Germany and engineered to withstand demanding thermal loads while delivering maximum performance.

The complete system is manufactured from high-grade titanium and weighs just 42.5 lbs (19.3 kg). The performance headers feature a 45 mm (1.77") outside diameter with a 1.5 mm (0.059") wall thickness, resulting in a 42 mm (1.65") inside diameter.

Combined with 100-cell HJS tri-metal high-flow sport catalytic converters, the system provides highly efficient exhaust gas flow with reduced backpressure and excellent flow capacity.

The result is a power increase of up to approximately 25 hp, along with improved throttle response and a more dynamic power delivery throughout the RPM range.

The exhaust note retains the unmistakable character of the classic air-cooled Porsche flat-six. Deep and purposeful at idle, refined under partial throttle, and powerful at wide-open throttle. The carefully engineered Brombacher muffler design minimizes unwanted frequencies, cabin resonance, and excessive drone.
