RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FOR CONSUMER CONTRACTS
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor related to their independent professional activity. Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods. For digital content that is not delivered on a physical data carrier (e.g., CDs), you may withdraw from the contract within fourteen days from the date of conclusion of the contract without giving any reason. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (FVD Brombacher GmbH, Waldmatten 2-3, 79224 Umkirch, email address: info@fvd.net) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., by letter or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the deadline expires.

CONSEQUENCES OF WITHDRAWAL
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction for this refund, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. The consumer bears the risk of exchange rate fluctuations. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first. You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period expires. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You are liable for any loss in value of the goods if such loss is attributable to handling of the goods that goes beyond what is necessary to assess their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

EXCLUSION OR EARLY EXPIRATION OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWA
The right of withdrawal does not apply or expires early in the case of contracts:

- for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive, or that are clearly tailored to the consumer's personal needs;
- for the delivery of goods that are liable to deteriorate rapidly or whose expiration date would be quickly exceeded;
- for the delivery of newspapers, magazines, or periodicals, with the exception of subscription contracts;
- for services, if FVD has fully performed them and you acknowledged and expressly agreed prior to placing the order that FVD may begin providing the service and that you lose your right of withdrawal upon full performance of the contract;
- for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and whose seal has been removed after delivery;
- for the delivery of goods if, due to their nature, they have become inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery;
- for the delivery of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package if the seal has been broken after delivery.
