It is an extremely high-quality, Glass Reinforced Plastic (GRP) hood, finished in a black gel coat for paint. It includes accurate pre-installed hood mounting hardware exactly like factory. Note the detail of every cut out, depression, hardware and the connecting points. Please factor that into your research as installation and labor costs will be much lower with this product due to its factory fitment.

GRP body products need to be prepped, gaps checked and hinges shimmed, if necessary, as air cooled cars are made by hand. We only recommend professional installation with a shop that has Glass Fiber, GRP or Carbon Fiber experience. Hinges and latches are not included.
