These specially developed water jackets are designed for high-performance engines and increased-displacement builds. The optimized dual-channel design improves coolant flow, while the increased internal volume provides greater cooling capacity.

Please Note:
The factory OEM studs must be used. Thicker head studs cannot be installed due to the limited wall thickness.

In their current configuration, the water jackets are suitable for 102 mm cylinders / 3.8L applications. Larger bore sizes and displacement configurations up to 4.2L require additional machining.
