Product Description:

Your fuel injection pump will be completely disassembled, thoroughly cleaned, and all components will be carefully inspected for wear and damage.
As part of the rebuilding process, all bearings are replaced and pumping elements tested. The housing is refinished with a new protective coating, after which the pump is professionally reassembled, precisely calibrated, and tested on a fuel injection pump test bench to ensure proper performance and factory specifications.

The rebuild service includes:

All seals and gaskets
All bearings
All pumping elements tested
All required small parts and hardware
All Labor

If additional repairs or replacement parts are required during the rebuilding process, you will receive a detailed estimate for approval before any additional work is performed. Any damaged components requiring replacement and any additional labor will be charged separately upon customer approval.

Tech Tip:
Never lift or carry the pump by the barometric compensator (see photo, red arrow). Doing so may damage the unit.

Please send us your mechanical fuel injection (MFI) pump for remanufacturing. We do not offer a core exchange service for this item.
To prevent shipping damage, carefully package your pump using adequate protective material.

Important:
Position the pump so that the barometric compensator (highlighted in red) is facing upward. Clearly mark the top of the package with "THIS SIDE UP" to prevent the pump from being turned upside down during transit.
