The Capristo TÜV ECE valved muffler is engineered to improve exhaust gas flow while maintaining full compatibility with original equipment (OE) catalytic converters and European homologation standards. Internal flow paths are carefully optimized to reduce restriction and turbulence compared to the standard muffler, improving exhaust efficiency without exceeding regulated sound limits.

Manufactured in Germany from T309 (1.4828) stainless steel, the muffler offers exceptional corrosion resistance, thermal stability, and long-term durability. When used with high-flow sport cats, overall sound levels exceed permissible limits and the exhaust system is no longer road-legal under European regulations. For guaranteed compliance, this muffler must be operated exclusively with OE catalytic converters.
