Product description

Symptoms of a bad or failing regulator include trouble starting and rough or poor idle. The warm-up regulator (WUR) or control pressure regulator, lowers the control pressure of the K-Jetronic when the engine is cold. It absorbs heat and allows for a richer mixture under full-load to prevent engine damage. It also plays a critical role in reducing the amount of fuel at higher elevations based on air intake.

There are many solutions on the market to repair these regulators but we prefer to allow the experts at Porsche AG to rebuild them. This is a critical component to engine safety and it pays to have the highest quality control standards.

This part is a Remanufactured Part. When you purchase a newly remanufactured unit from us and an additional charge (a core deposit) will be added to the purchase price of the part. After receiving your new part, kindly send back your old part, or "core". Once the core is returned to us and it has been inspected to ensure it is rebuild-able and resell-able, the core deposit will be refunded.
