This commitment to detail has made Wiesner a respected name among Porsche devotees who want more than just a display — they want a work of art.

Wiesner models also make outstanding gifts: whether for a Porsche owner, a motorsport enthusiast, or a collector, these miniatures bring emotional and visual resonance. When displayed in a garage, office, home, or showroom, a Wiesner wheel model becomes a tangible celebration of Porsche's legacy.

Rich History
The 15" Fuchs wheel is one of the most legendary and enduring wheel designs in Porsche history. First appearing in the mid-1960s for the early 911, it was born from a collaboration between Porsche and Otto Fuchs KG, using forged aluminum to reduce unsprung weight and improve performance.

This iconic five spoke design was not just for road cars — it also graced some of Porsche's most celebrated race machines. Variants with silver-finished spokes were used on the 1973 RSR, 1974 RS, and 1974 RSR, cementing the Fuchs wheel as a symbol of Porsche's motorsport pedigree.

Beyond its racing heritage, the 15" Fuchs wheel was also fitted to classic street models, including early 911s, 912s, and 914s, making it a deeply authentic piece of Porsche's golden era.

Miniature Details
Wiesner's 1:8-scale 15" Fuchs Wheel model is produced using a sophisticated combination of 3D resin printing, CNC machining, and expert hand finishing. The iconic five-spoke form, the polished lip, and the sculpted hub are all faithfully reproduced in miniature.

Each component is carefully post-processed: airbrushed, refined, and assembled by hand to ensure that the subtle contours and transitions of the original Fuchs wheel are perfectly captured. The craftsmanship ensures that the model is not just visually accurate — it feels right.

The finished model is mounted in a solid hardwood frame and protected behind anti-reflective Artglass®, offering a display-ready piece that's museum-quality in presentation. Frame size: approximately 16 cm × 16 cm × 3.3 cm (about 6.3 in × 6.3 in × 1.3 in).
