Description du produit

Background
Starting in 2015, Porsche redesigned the engine oil drain plug with a special internal profile that requires a dedicated tool for proper removal. This premium ¼" drive bit is manufactured in Germany by HAZET — one of Porsche's trusted OEM tool suppliers — and is precisely engineered to match Porsche's factory drain plug design. Built from hardened steel for exceptional durability and long service life, it's the correct tool for clean, professional oil changes on most modern Porsche models.

Founded in 1868, HAZET is synonymous with precision, innovation, and unmatched German craftsmanship. Over 75% of HAZET tools are still produced in Germany today, earning the brand its reputation as the benchmark for professional automotive tools — trusted by workshops, race teams, and enthusiasts worldwide.

Usage
Ideal for professional workshops and Porsche enthusiasts alike, this compact bit provides a secure, damage-free fit — unlike improvised tools that can strip or deform the plug. We recommend pairing it with our Magnetic Engine Oil Drain Plug, reference number FVD10717603 for added engine protection and peace of mind during every oil service.
