Adding a sport single mass or lightweight flywheel to your manual transmission reduces weight and drivetrain loss which allows your engine to rev more freely. You will experience quicker acceleration, added responsiveness in the mid-range and will be able to get into the higher rpms far more quickly. This modification suits the higher revving Porsche Mezger engines and is a great modification for any performance-oriented driver or for clubsport events.

Please note: The pilot bearing is sold separately under part # 93110211100, the starter ring gear under part #96411414331 and the flywheel bolts under part # 92810215102. 1989 964 OWNERS!! This will not fit the 1989 964 as it used the earlier 3.2 L Carrera clutch. Please be aware that adding a lightweight flywheel can amplify transmission / gear noise. This part fits multiple models, please check the model fitment tab to ensure accurate fitment.
