Water-cooled Porsche models suffer from both radiator and intercooler damage generated by the wide open, unprotected design of the front bumper. Cooling fins absorb most of the punishment and end up bent and clogged which reduces cooling capacity and service life. Another detrimental effect is the buildup of road debris and leaves which clogs and actually corrodes radiators and intercoolers.

A great way to circumvent the damage and corrosion is the installation of mesh grilles. In the past, we stamped our own grilles on wooden molds which then required removal of the front bumper for installation. That proved time consuming and was not in alignment with our philosophy of offering products that are easily installed. That led us to source these grill sets. Each grill is precision designed from stainless steel and manufactured for superior fitment and durability. But most importantly, each grill is simply installed on the outside of the bumper via clips and brackets.
