do88 Performance Intercooler Kit 997.1 Turbo/ GT2/ GT2 RS - MERA - Race Performance

The do88 Big Pack Intercooler Kit delivers superior cooling performance via the highest quality, lightest weight, greatest fin density motorsport cores available (utilizing the OEM limited spacing). They are ideal for racing performance, motorsports events, short track events, etc. do88 source plate and bar cores from the UK (elite motorsport series suppliers) that are specified with a certain fin count to give specific heat transfer and pressure drop balance based on their design.

The do88 cast end tank design controls the air flow distribution in a very precise way to complement the core and to benefit pressure drop and cooling efficiency. In order to facilitate the larger core without having to modify the stock locations, a new carbon upper ambient air guide was necessary. The do88 air guide design utilized a 3D scan to ensure perfect fitment to the core and air guides. The cast end tanks allow for large 2 ¾ inch (70 mm) connections which are supplied with custom 3D designed silicone hoses to keep the flow laminar. The hoses are CFD tested for flow rate and can withstand up to 240°C (464°F) continuous temperature.

Also, the larger Y Pipe is ideal for this set up and is sold separately under part # 220110997041. This set fits manual and Tiptronic transmissions. These are a direct replacement for original part numbers 997 110 639 00, 997 110 640 00, 997 110 639 70 and 997 110 640 70.
