These densely finned 105 mm (4”) cores are the largest practical fit for the 992's layout and were paired with cast aluminum end tanks for optimal flow. These tanks were developed using 3D scanning, CFD simulations, and iterative 3D prototyping to fine-tune the design. Large 70 mm (2.75”) CNC-machined connections allow for high airflow and power potential. The system also includes durable silicone hoses, methanol bungs, and a central outlet tank feeding the intake manifold – all engineered to minimize restriction and maximize performance.

Carbon Air Ducts
Made from prepreg carbon fiber using vacuum infusion, the air guides are both strong and lightweight. They include precise mounting grooves to match the factory air channels, ensuring perfect fitment. Two lower duct options are available – Standard or SportDesign – with the latter offering improved air evacuation through a center bumper vent.

Charge Pipes
The kit includes upgraded mandrel-bent 63 mm aluminum charge pipes, finished in satin black. These replace the restrictive factory hoses and improve both airflow and durability. Without any cooldown period, and after a quick swap to the do88 BIGPACK Intercoolers, the same five runs were repeated.
