Turbocharger 930 3.0 L Turbo - Remanufactured - With Core Charge

This remanufactured turbo is a direct replacement for original part # 930 123 002 00. The remanufacturing is completed in Germany by KKK/Borg Warner certified technicians. This ensures reliability, superior performance and cost effectiveness.

The remanufacturing process includes:
Complete disassembly
All parts are cleaned, inspected and measured for tolerances
Turbine wheels are replaced
Thrust bearings are replaced
All new seals are installed
Internals are reconditioned
Parts are balanced (static & dynamic) according to balancing protocol

For a complete installation we recommend adding a gasket, part # 93012319105 an intake sleeve, part # 93011015801 and be sure to have a few spare studs on hand, part # 90008100402

Please note: This part is a remanufactured part, as such an additional charge (a core deposit) will be added to the purchase price of the part. After receiving your new part, kindly send back your old part, or "core". Once the core is returned to us and it has been inspected to ensure it is rebuild-able and resell-able, the core deposit will be refunded. Each turbo is remanufactured in Germany, so the lead times can vary. A typical lead time would be 3-4 weeks.
