Engineered for Maximum Airflow
The intercoolers utilize specially developed freeform cast aluminum end tanks designed using advanced CAD technology. This design optimizes internal airflow distribution while maintaining exceptional structural integrity. Each intercooler has been tested to withstand boost pressures of up to 6 bar, making the kit suitable for demanding high-boost applications.
The included carbon fiber air ducts ensure optimal airflow to the intercoolers, maximizing cooling efficiency under all operating conditions. Complementing the system are silicone hoses with an enlarged cross-section, further improving airflow and reducing restriction throughout the intake tract.
In addition, all intercoolers feature a specialized anti-corrosion coating with heat-conductive properties. This protective finish enhances durability while supporting effective heat dissipation.
Increased Intercooler Capacity for Higher Performance
Each intercooler core measures 319 mm x 238 mm x 110 mm, resulting in a total core volume of 16.7 liters. Compared to the factory intercoolers, this setup provides approximately 40% greater charge air volume, enabling lower intake temperatures, improved resistance to heat soak, and more consistent power delivery during repeated acceleration or extended high-load operation.
The complete kit has a total weight of approximately 11 kg (24.3 lbs).
