Description

This racing single mass or lightweight flywheel is for dedicated track cars whose drivers are looking for an advantage on the track where every pound and second can mean victory. In fact, this flywheel was original equipment on models like the 964 RSR, 964 Cup Car, 997 GT2 RS and 997.2 GT3 RS 4.0 L for example. This flywheel is the ultimate to reduce drivetrain loss which allows your engine to rev more freely. You will experience quicker acceleration, added responsiveness in the mid-range and will be able to get into the higher rpms far more quickly. Since it is so light, it must only be used in conjunction with a pressure plate that has a maximum of 680 to 700 NM, otherwise it will be destroyed.

Please note: The pilot bearing is sold separately under part # 93110211100, the starter ring gear under part # 96411414331 and the flywheel bolts under part # 92810215102. Please be aware that adding a lightweight flywheel can amplify transmission / gear noise. This part fits multiple models, please check the model fitment tab to ensure accurate fitment.
