One-word, legendary. The FVD Brombacher 720 Series Turbocharger delivers an elevated driving experience not available from the factory. Stemming from the Baden Württemberg region in Germany and dealing with lead engineers from the OEM and Motor Sport manufacturers to Porsche since 1982 has many advantages. This turbocharger is one of them. This turbocharger was specifically intended to extract legendary performance on the street, the Autobahn, and the occasional trip around the Nordschleife. It enhances any driving experience by delivering added torque off the line, elevated 60 – 130 mph pulls and staggering top end speed. When combined with our proprietary FVD software, sport exhaust, and other bolt on modifications you can achieve close to 750 HP.

Borg Warner Technicians start by re-profiling the a new genuine VTG turbocharger compressor housing and modifying the compressor backing plate. This is done to replace the factory compressor wheel with a larger modified compressor wheel. The larger wheel is also lightened allows the turbo to flow a larger volume of air (more power), and aids in quicker spool up.
In addition, we increased the size of the inducer and exducer to compensate for the higher volume of air traveling through the compressor.
FVD Brombacher Software is necessary to run these turbochargers, part # FVD99761850MG or FVD99761890MG
